COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ekk Technologies M-EKK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elwood-Gettys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elrest product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elwood-Gettys such as the 121174200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHARK manufactured by Electro-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24711 by Manufacturer Elrest as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-craft Brand 91012165 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as 075U3D300CARAA075140 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 38778U made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular 246613501B original spares produced by Elrest Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTL50HAUE2AC2G6A by Endress-Hauser and 075U3D300CARAA075140 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25T40SG5000NV1RHVSMX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Encoder-Products. |
